Alpha Earth Resources Limited
Supply Chain Integrity

Responsible Sourcing Policy

Ensuring transparent, conflict-free, and traceable mineral value chains in Tanzania and East Africa.

1. Commitment to Ethical Supply Chains

Alpha Earth Resources Limited recognises the critical importance of ensuring that minerals sourced or traded in Tanzania do not contribute to conflict, human rights abuses, or environmental devastation.

We adhere to the OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals from Conflict-Affected and High-Risk Areas (CAHRAs) and national mineral trading regulations.

2. Core Due Diligence Pillars

Traceability & Chain of Custody

Tracking minerals from mine site of origin through official Mineral Buying Centres and authorised refining facilities.

Human Rights & Labour Standards

Strict prohibition of child labour, forced labour, or unsafe extraction methods on all sites under advisory or joint-venture management.

Legitimacy of Mining Rights

Rigorous verification that all mineral lots originate from active, legally compliant licences registered with the Tanzania Mining Commission.

3. Supplier & Partner Obligations

All trading partners, brokers, and artisanal mining cooperatives working with Alpha Earth Resources must sign and uphold our Responsible Sourcing Declaration prior to transaction execution.

Non-compliant entities or consignments failing chain-of-custody verification are rejected and reported to statutory authorities where required by law.
